The founders we are honoured to know.
Each card opens to its founder's story. Each story lives on the publication that fits them best. This is the discovery layer for the people Mukasa Venture Partners has had the privilege of meeting, documenting, and ~ where they have permitted us ~ featuring across our media network.
Not a directory. A curation.
The Gallery is intentionally small and intentionally curated. Each founder featured here has been documented through a personal conversation, a published feature article, and a handshake card that lives wherever feels right for them ~ on their own domain, on one of our subdomains, or hosted by the practice while they decide.
Each feature article lives on the publication best suited to the founder's world. Captain Ashaba's story belongs on Africa Frontline Nexus. Chef Kafali's belongs on The Pearl of Africa Travel. When the Safari Journal opens, safari operators will find their natural home there. When The Roots launches, cultural site founders will land there. The Gallery does not centralise the stories. It curates the doorways to where each story already lives.
One Gallery. Many publications. One coherent practice.
The founders, by world.
Captain Faridah Ashaba
"The sky is not a limit. It is a starting point. And for Africa's daughters of flight, it is only the beginning."
Chef Paul Kafali
"Food is not just sustenance. It is the first conversation a host has with a guest, the moment a stranger becomes welcome."
Victoria Nyanzi
"Own your narrative. Build your brand unapologetically. Become the architect of your own visibility."
More founders, in conversation.
More founders are joining the gallery from our recent documentation work at POATE and across our practice's ongoing conversations. New cards open here as each founder approves their feature.
Where the stories live.
The Gallery brings the cards together. The feature articles themselves live on the publications that fit each founder's world. This is the network the Gallery curates across.
Have a story worth telling?
The Gallery grows by introduction, not application. If you are an African founder building something quietly remarkable, or if you know someone whose story deserves to be told well in their own voice, the door is open. Tell us about them on WhatsApp and we will take the conversation from there.
